A Place of Presence Provision Community

In Scripture, the table is far more than furniture—it's a sacred space where God's presence, provision, and people come together.

  • In Psalm 23:5, we see God preparing a table for us—even in the presence of our enemies. It’s a symbol of peace, abundance, and divine care in the midst of life’s challenges.

  • At the Last Supper (Matthew 26:26–28), Jesus gathered His disciples around a table—a moment filled with love, sacrifice, and unity.

  • In the Tabernacle, the table held bread that reminded the people of God’s ongoing provision and presence.

  • In ancient tradition, the altar table was a place of worship, sacrifice, and gratitude.

  • And throughout the Gospels, Jesus extended open invitations to the table—welcoming sinners, outcasts, and seekers to sit with Him, know Him, and be transformed.
